Terms of sale
Effective for new orders placed on dcut.ee from 7 October 2026. Earlier purchases remain subject to the terms agreed at the time of purchase.
1. Seller and contact details
The seller trading as Diamond CUT is 3d Print & CNC OÜ, Estonian registry number 16179946, VAT number EE102405244. Business, contact and return address: Lennuradari tee 2, Soodevahe, Rae vald, Harju maakond, 75322, Estonia. Email: ee.tucd@ofni; telephone: +372 5669 3910. Please arrange practical return or visiting instructions with us; this is not a prerequisite for giving a valid consumer withdrawal notice.
2. Products, prices and VAT
Product information, availability and prices appear on the product page. Prices are in euros. Consumer prices include applicable VAT; any price excluding VAT for businesses is separately identified. The standard Estonian VAT rate is 24%. The complete order total, including applicable taxes and the chosen delivery charge, is displayed before you place an order with an obligation to pay. A price marked excluding VAT is not the final consumer price.
Zero-rated intra-Community supplies to a business in another EU member state require the legal conditions to be satisfied, including a valid VAT identification number from another member state and evidence of transport from Estonia to that state. Entering a company name alone does not qualify. Provide company and VAT details before payment; the final treatment appears in the order and invoice. Any import duties for a destination outside the EU depend on that destination; responsibility for these must be agreed before purchase.
3. Ordering and payment
Add products to your basket, provide contact and delivery details and choose a delivery and payment option offered at checkout. You can correct your details and basket before confirming. The final ordering button indicates the obligation to pay. Payment methods are those actually offered for your transaction, including existing EveryPay and Stripe solutions; availability may vary. The seller does not receive your full card details.
The contract becomes effective when payment is received, unless a different arrangement is agreed for the particular order. Your order confirmation and contract terms are sent by email. If goods cannot be supplied, we inform you promptly and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled part and its associated delivery cost. A substitute product or a longer delivery period requires your agreement.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Estonia and to other countries for which a delivery option is available when placing the order. Delivery methods, serviceable addresses and charges depend on the destination and appear at checkout. International shipments use Omniva parcel delivery to an address rather than a parcel locker. If your destination or a suitable service is not offered, request a quotation at ee.tucd@ofni before ordering. Website access is not restricted according to nationality.
In-stock goods are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment. Carrier transit time is additional. Transit periods shown at checkout are estimates unless a definite deadline is expressly agreed. Consumer orders are fulfilled within 30 days unless a different period was agreed before the contract. We notify you of delays; your statutory rights remain. Free delivery applies only if offered for the particular order under the conditions shown at checkout; there is no universal free-delivery promise.
For delivery arranged by the seller, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a nominated person other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.
5. Consumer withdrawal within 14 days
A consumer is an individual purchasing outside their business or professional activity. A consumer may withdraw from an online goods purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. For separate deliveries within one order, the period starts when the last goods arrive. Sending your notice within the period is sufficient.
Use Withdraw from contract or email an unambiguous notice to ee.tucd@ofni. Give your name, order number or other contract identifier, the goods concerned and the email address for confirmation. The online function promptly emails the content of your notice and its submission date and time. You may also notify us by another method capable of being reproduced in writing.
Send the goods back within 14 days of giving notice. Contact ee.tucd@ofni for practical return instructions; prior approval is not a condition of valid withdrawal and does not extend the return deadline. The buyer bears the direct cost of returning goods following ordinary withdrawal. The seller bears justified return costs for incorrect or defective goods.
You may open the packaging and examine goods as you would in a shop. Opening packaging alone does not remove your statutory right. You are responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. A statutory exception may apply to goods manufactured to your individual specifications or clearly personalised; any applicable exception is disclosed before purchase. Obtaining a normal stock item from a supplier does not itself make it a personalised product.
6. Refunds and exchanges
Following withdrawal we refund payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving notice. The extra cost of choosing a more expensive delivery is not refunded. We may withhold the refund until the returned goods or evidence of their dispatch is received, whichever arrives first. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method that costs you nothing.
We also accept exchanges. The replacement product, availability, any price difference and transport arrangements are agreed separately. Requesting an exchange does not restrict your consumer withdrawal rights.
7. Business purchases
The statutory consumer withdrawal right does not apply to business purchases. We also accept requests for returns and exchanges of non-defective goods purchased by businesses. Contact ee.tucd@ofni before sending goods so that the return period, condition of the goods, transport and refund arrangements can be agreed in writing. Consumer withdrawal rights are not automatically applied to all business purchases. Returns of individually manufactured goods require a separate agreement. Contractual and statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.
8. Defective goods and complaints
Consumers may complain about goods that do not conform to the contract within two years of delivery. A defect appearing in the first year is presumed to have existed at delivery unless the law or the nature of the defect provides otherwise. Notify us within two months of discovering a defect at ee.tucd@ofni, with order details and a description; photographs may help assessment.
For a justified defect, consumers can seek repair or replacement free of charge, and in the cases provided by law a price reduction or withdrawal. The seller bears necessary costs. We reply in writing within 15 days; if resolution takes longer, we explain the reason and expected deadline. These rights do not depend on an additional commercial guarantee. Business complaints are handled under the contract and applicable law.
9. Personal data and disputes
Order and withdrawal data are used to fulfil the contract, communicate, process returns and resolve claims. Necessary information is shared with payment and delivery providers. Withdrawal details are not used for marketing and are retained only as needed for claims and legal obligations. Marketing requires separate consent or another lawful basis and offers an opt-out.
First contact ee.tucd@ofni. Unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or a competent court. For cross-border consumer disputes, contact ECC Estonia. Estonian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence where applicable or restricting statutory court jurisdiction.
