The CNMG 120404-MF3 OS9201S is a negative-rake turning insert developed for medium finishing in CNC and manual lathes. Its 80° rhombic design provides rigidity and secure cutting, while the 0.4 mm corner radius allows for precise finishing operations with excellent surface quality.

The insert uses OS9201S grade, offering superior wear resistance and thermal stability. Combined with the MF3 chipbreaker, it ensures smooth chip evacuation, reduced cutting forces, and long tool life under stable machining conditions.

This insert is fully compatible with standard external turning tool holders, including MCLNR, PCLNR, and DCLNR types. It is especially recommended for finishing stainless steels, titanium alloys, and high-temperature alloys.
